It carries the same name, Sankat Mochan, that the Hanuman Ashtak repeats after every verse. The timings and history below are from the mandir's own website.

A little history
The first and most famous Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple is in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, on the bank of the Assi river. It is linked with Goswami Tulsidas, who wrote the Sankat Mochan Hanuman Ashtak. Many Hanuman mandirs across India carry the same name, and the one at Bandh ki Ghati in Jaipur is one of them. It is not a branch of the Varanasi temple.
The mandir's website tells a simple story. In 1965 a poor cowherd, Shri Gangasahay Meena, lost his cow at a cattle fair. While searching for it, he found a murti of Hanuman ji hidden under leaves on this hill. He prayed there, and soon found his cow standing close by. He promised to make an offering here on every Gyaras, a few others joined him, and slowly the mandir grew.

What I read there
On a Tuesday or Saturday evening, standing in the line for darshan, many people quietly say the Hanuman Chalisa and the Sankat Mochan Hanuman Ashtak. If you are going for a longer sitting, the Sundarkand path or the Hanuman Bahuk are lovely to do in the satsang hall. Take the 1 page Chalisa PDF on your phone.
